However, once you make your purchase, if you are in anyway dissatisfied with your order once it is received, returning it is easy for either an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.
All return or exchange inquries must be made within 14 days of receiving your package and the item(s) you want to return should be unopened and unused in new condition with original packaging. Please be advised that prior authorization is required on all returns. For authorization to obtain a refund, call 877-394-8794. Any returns sent to us without return authorization cannot be accepted. Return acceptance is at the sole discretion of ecosmeticworld.com.
To ensure that your returns are received by ecosmeticworld.com, please make sure to add insurance to your parcels through your preferred mail delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit. Shipping fees are only eligible for refund when the original items were either shipped incorrectly by ecosmeticworld.com or damaged during shipping. All other shipping fees are nonrefundable.
Perfumes are only eligible for return if damaged during shipping. If approved, returned perfume products will be compensated for the value of the product with a ecosmeticworld.com gift card. Perfumes should be returned via USPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that all returns must be sent to ecosmeticworld.com and not your local Cosmetic World retailer. Any items returned to your local retailer will not be accepted.
Please allow up to two weeks for the return to be processed, at which time a credit or exchange will be made. If you wish to inquire about your return, please call Customer Service at 877-394-8794.
